I have been allowed to develop myself in the leadership role. I have been given great tools and great mentors.

Cons

Opportunities in our geographic location are very limited, but this isn't Idaho Central Credit Unions fault.

Pros

I have really enjoyed my time at ICCU. The Executive team has a vision for ICCU and the culture and they exemplify that to everyone else at the Credit Union. People that work here are positive and upbeat and are encouraged to be so. We are growing like crazy and there are lots of new opportunities opening up all the time.

Cons

There are times where internal promotions are not communicated very well. A lot of the choice comes down to "fit" and there is little feedback on how to better position yourself for future consideration. I understand that fit matters but at times it feels as though decisions were made prior to a job even being posted especially for Management/Supervisory positions.
