Pros

People are hand selected to work here for their talents, which means I get to work with people who are somewhat similar to me. The culture is fantastic, and ICCU genuinely cares about keeping its employees happy and healthy. The supervisors are compassionate and understanding. Work life balance is important to everyone here.

Cons

The only real con is that for the time being there is no way to work for ICCU outside of Idaho.
