      1)Good Exposure from end to end which generally don't happen in bigger organisation. 2) Learning is good 3) Salary Structure is transparent and hike is good. 4) They truely Value their employees. 5) Bonus rewards and other benifits comes along with whatever the company would have promised you while joining
