      Very low salary Flexible working hours promised but not delivered Accounting qualifications promised but not delivered Clique in managment, no point in staying to progress because only those who have been there a while will prosper

      Pros

      Diversed group of professionals; some are actually willing to help. Effective company's social forum keeps you up to date across company wide.

      Cons

      Health benefits are not as good. Ineffective communication between manager & employees. Ask questions multiple times, you are deemed incompetent. But if not, and mistakes occur, they use it against you. Too stressful. Not worth it.
