Care about employees, but times are tough

Pros

They really do care about employee well-being. Pretty good collegiality.

Cons

As I write (Q1 2025) it's obviously a challenging time for US federal govt contracting. ICF is sympathetic but tightly coupled to the government. If the clients aren't renewing contracts there's only so much they'll do for you. There is no concept of staff "on the bench" there, even for the very short term.
