Business Outlook
Pros
-Medical benefits are about standard for a company this size. Lots of peripheral benefits that are of real value. -Great culture of openness within the company and grounded optimism -Have seen leaders do right by people again and again -Very supportive of families and flexibility. Work from home is great.
Cons
-Very difficult to move within the company, which is sort of standard for government contracts with fixed budgets, but it feels like you really have to have an in with the hiring manager to even get a response -Recruiters are very hit or miss. Some are responsive and courteous and communicative about the process, some don't respond to your emails.
