We respect the confidentiality and integrity of this platform as a place for people to open and be transparent. We take feedback seriously! Glassdoor and internal employee surveys inform many business decisions. In an anonymous employee engagement survey in the summer of 2022, employees reported being proud to be part of ICF (86%) and feel like they belong here (83%). --- SS
