      Not a place for valued employees

      Pros

      Laissez-faire environment. As long as nothing is going wrong, management is very hands off. Freedom to work from home. Higher pay.

      Cons

      Company does not care about employee welfare. High rates of turnover. Constant backstabbing. Below industry average benefits. Allows client (SBNAB) to dictate everything even if its a bad idea. Toxic culture of nepotism.

      Pros

      Work life balance was fair. If I had to work from home, no problem as long as I got my work done. Company holiday party is impressive.

      Cons

      Minimal salary increases. Less than 2% which doesn’t even cover inflation. If I had a problem I had to go through hoops to get a response. Too many layers of internal processes to get a response from something ranging from simple to complex.

      Pros

      Many positions offer flexibility...you will need it.

      Cons

      The organization has a problem with underpaying and holding their female minority staff to different performance and hiring standards. Unfortunately the organizations HR and Recruiting staff have limited knowledge or no interest in Employment law and fair practices. If you are being mistreated or have an issue do not take it to HR just call a lawyer.
