Fun company easy work it's a good time overall I would say it's good place to work I really do like it

More management skills is needed for administrators better pay less long hours I really can't think of much more though

Pros

The people and the projects are great. Compensation is fair for the market. Casual and fun place to work. Interview process is fairly brief and easy.

Cons

To many different divisions of ICF and not enough cross connections in the company. Some of the processes that the company has in place needs to be updated to the current times.
