A relaxed working environment, what more can I say

I started working at ICF as a contractor in October, it has hands down been the best Contract position I have ever had which has now turned into a permanent position. The 3 hour interviewing process, which can normally be grooling in some cases, was one of the most pleasant and exciting interviewing experiences I have had so far. From the very beginning I felt like I was being set up to be successful and the most efficient I could possibly be at my Role as Recruiting Coordinator. From my co-workers, i.e. other recruiting coordinators, who were more than welcoming and helpful, to upper management who did whatever they could to make my training process and experience at ICF International as smooth, positive and easy as possible. I consider myself extremely lucky to be able to work at ICF international, where I feel my Career will really take off and I will achieve the career goals I have set forth for myself. Feel very privileged to work with such an amazing and diverse Team.
