The recruiters for ICFI communicate well, not only between each other, but with their potential candidates. I was very impressed with how quickly every responded to the interview and hiring process. In a matter of days, I was being offered the opportunity to come onboard with ICFI and I could have been more delighted with the process. I had a unique situation and team members actually adjusted their schedules to accommodate time-sensitivity. Even during times where their may have been a hiccups or technical difficulty, the recruiter was highly communicative and transparent with each step that needed to be taken to push things forward. I never had to guess about what was going on during the process and any follow-up correspondence that I sent was happily received and promptly responded to. I would definitely recommend ICFI to other professional peers of mine.
