Definitely cares about employees and development. From what I've heard, it really depends what project/contract you're on. If you can shine and prove your worth to the company, its likely that you'll get a raise in two years, but you probably have to ask about it. Seems like the company is on the rise and doing well. Benefits -Offers $5000/yearly tuition assistance. -17% off most wireless plans -Company holiday parties are quite grand and held in rented-out museums. -Free lunches and happy hours from time to time.

Cons

Salaries aren't the greatest, Yearly inflation bonuses can be somewhat minimal.

Smart, capable colleagues. Successful consulting firm with diverse lines of business, reputation for quality work, and some interesting assignments.

Cons

Ever changing business strategies and goals set for employees. Uneven management - some managers are supportive to their team, but too many are willing to throw their staff under the bus to save their own image with senior leaders. Senior leaders are out of touch with the mechanics of the business and the true challenges and achievements of employees.
