Pros

Working for US Energy group in India. Healthy work environment, very supportive managers who are always there to help you at each level. Compensation and bonuses are awesome if you are a performer. Most importantly, the kind of knowledge you gain and experience you gain working with clients and with internal experts is incredible.

Cons

I won't term it as cons but people say work-life balance is challenging. But if you work in consulting or investment banking, it's the same story. But the good thing is they work hard on weekdays but weekends are for you and your family.

Diverse opportunities and the dynamic nature of work make sure that learning never stops Good people to support you in all situations Compensation is not an issue if you prove your worth

Cons

Supporting commercial clients brings different challenges and quite a few times schedules are hectic, but the senior folks are working to improve it. This is very common issue with most consulting firms in this space (including Big 4s).
