Pros

Great experience. Wonderful mentors. Great work-life balance. Friendly co-workers. Definitely a wealth of knowledge from which to draw and learn. You get a lot of facetime with the higher-ups and one-on-one time for performance reviews that are very constructive. Great place to make your first strides in the working world. Being able to work with a team and enjoying it is key to having a great work experience here.

Cons

No overtime pay for interns and occasionally infrequent workflow. The flipside of this it that it allows interns to do academic reading that will get them up to speed on industry and sector current events and literature.
