- Sometimes feels disjointed with wider business - There are LOTS of processes to follow (too many) - Salary under market value for role - Under resourced in all departments

Lovely people and great projects. Great opportunities for progress and opportunities to work on wide-ranging projects. Management is very helpful and happy to listen. Team with great knowledge and experience as well

A lot of work but if you enjoy what you are doing you should be fine! Pay is average but a lot of opportunities to progress
