Full time remote Flexi hours Free learning tools like Udemy business and Linkedin Learning

Cons

No clear job/role specifications, role expectations swinging from nothing to everything no psychological safely among team members resulting each fighting for their territory, meaning no transparency on the work getting done almost every year company reorganizes screwing up all good things along with it and things start back from scratch resulting in no job security
