Pros

The training is very good and gives us the ability to conduct the calls with effiecient knowledge about the specific project.

Cons

They keep the agents up in the air about job status. Basically they tell their employees what they want when they want. They are very inconsiderate.

Pros

A chance to work on projects which help people in the real world, while exploring new technologies and techniques. Competitive benefits, reasonable salary, flexible schedule.

Cons

Pressures to put work above family, both from management and co-workers. Focus on cheap/fast over quality, in many cases. Poor communication between groups within groups.

Pros

The work atmosphere at ICF is very positive. There is free coffee. The parking fee of $5 per pay period is lower than most places in DC.

Cons

Promotions are given unfairly. In certain LOB's, people are promoted much quicker than than they would for the same level of work in other LOB's.
