Pros

NO PROS FOR ICICI BANK

Cons

An ex- banker with an experience of 2 month. Worst banking service for female employee in ICICI Bank. First of all they show you fake dream and after joining they makes you slave. They just do business with you by tied up with ICICI Manipal Academy for Banking and Insurance. Some times your BM call you at 9:30 PM to come and finish your pending work(It is not necessary that it would be your work). Before joining beware of loan process because this will make trap for you.

Pros

If you are under some pressure to hold a job, only then should you consider working here. Otherwise, there is no reason/motivation/incentive to work here. You'll be hired as a manager, but all you will end up becoming is a salesman.

Cons

- No use of mailing to HR. People here have to threaten to commit suicide to get a transfer. Married people are facing family issues because the bank is not listening to them about a transfer. - Your job description doesn't matter. They'll just send you out on the road to bring out leads to sell home loans, mutual funds, life insurances to. The senior staff don't even talk to the customers properly, and they still expect to get business from them. - The Branch Managers are 0% cooperating. They just want you to get business. They don't listen to you. Your working hours get extended unexpectedly. - Candidates go through a 1-year training program to get permanent here. That's excrutiating. And you are paying for it; a side-handed way of taking money at any chance possible. And what is the use of such an intensive training if selling mutual funds is what matters to your employer? - Business model aside, there are other ways to do business, instead of running around your employees with sticks. - They take away seats of employees if they are unable to get business. Talk about ethics.
