the senior management is quite good and focussed and also my particular office has a healthy work culture.doesnt stress u out too much btut also sometimes the bosses can be demanding

the it department is nt very responsive and reaching out to other departments can be an issue at times i think.

Extreme work pressures makes one to learn to respond quickly and efficiently and absorb pressure a trait useful for the future 3. Senior management backing for new initiatves 4. Fairly transperant Performance Appraisal system 5. Open to changes in department for employees, allowing employees to grow

Cons

1. Very poor balance between persnal and professional life, very good for young graduates. Family people especially women will find it tough to manage work and family. 2. Very high attrition rates due to constant work pressure, not suitable for slow movers. Good only if one is equally aggressive
