      Very low pay for the services and the mental stress the job calls for. Also, the mileage, wear, and tear you're placing on your own vehicle is a lot. NO room for advancement,

      ICM, Inc does not have a location in Lahore. This is the wrong company, no Senior Software Engineer positions.

      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere, fair benefits. Average work load.

      Cons

      Pay is below average range. Company can not sustain work due to outsourcing when unnecessary instead of managing project time. Busy for a year then they lay people off until more work comes in. This is only a stepping stone for experience, to further your career. Icm has had multiple layoffs in its short life.
