Pros

Got to work with some very good people. Learned a lot about the ethanol industry.

Cons

Managers have no people skills. No HR support for Pilot Plant location. Safety does not exist. No differential paid for night shift. Constant schedule changes makes for no real life outside of work. Only way to advance is to suck up to the 'Golden Boy'. Diversity is forbidden.

Pros

Good brand and name in the ethanol industry.

Cons

Poor benefit, particularly paid time off (no sick leave). Pay is relatively low. Quality of workers is low because they won't pay to hire better ones. Most of the leaders don't know what they are doing. Company's business is subject to wild swings due to changes in regulation, laws, commodity prices, credit crunch, and market perceptions.
