Pros
Location of the office is great.
Cons
Most of the workers here are international residents who cannot quit for immigration reasons. No US citizen would put up with the conditions there. In the contract, they promise medical insurance and sick days. There is no insurance or sick days. You work national holidays, but the CEO takes his vacations. No paid vacations either. There is no direct deposit. Checks are handed out after you swiffer the office (no janitor). Paychecks often bounce due to insufficient funds. Once remote employee was never paid.
