Pros

I work with a great and talented team. It's small enough that I know everyone on the team.

Cons

Our particular group sometimes has to reach out to other parts of the company to get help on certain tasks. This in itself isn't terrible but it's not always immediately obvious who we should reach out to in these circumstances.
