      Pros

      Great Health Benefits, I was surprised that the benefits cover Pet Care! Work Life balance is wonderful. I work remote position, although we had core hours to follow it was pretty much flexible

      work life balance is good, start between 8am-10am and finish between 4pm-6pm as long as you work 8.5 hours.

      Cons

      poorly paid, salaries need to be reviewed to match the competition out there within another CRO company
