Good first time job for someone living at home and just finishing university Great way to make friends globally Always you to discover different career pathways Company events are well thought out and encouraged Work life balance is a priority

Cons

Pay is way too low - for the work you do and to live off For a company that does not micro manage, you feel micro managed There is no Insensitive to progress within the role. Management only forces on favourites Cult employees who will literally eat, live and breath company values at you and enforce them on you rather than encourage
