It was very tough to start here, despite being in the industry for over 10 years. There are a multitude of SOPs to read and they really don't explain things well. There are over 10 systems that you need to know well in order to be successful in your position. And line managers are very inconsistent in support. Some line managers are fabulous, while others shouldn't be in their positions.

Cons

Multiple SOPs in a number of different locations. Various SOPs contradict each other. Multiple systems, not including EDCs, to learn.
