Where to begin:
- no growth opportunities at all! They always lie and say they are creating pathway programs but so many pathway programs no longer exist and it's so hard to get promoted. I know people who have been in this role for over 10 years without a promotion or guidance on how to move forward with their careers.
- HR is not helpful at all. Rude.
- LAYOFFS because they are outsourcing all the US jobs to low cost centers.
- US office has no culture at all. Very bare minimum. The only culture we have is the one organized within our own departments and that is not through the company.
- Overworked and under appreciated!
- Very low salaries
- horrible upper management making weird choices
- PRA Health was supreme and cared about its employees but after the merger ICON has gone downhill and things are depressing.
- super high turnover rate. No one likes working here.
