ICON Team Members who are a part of the same FSP are helpful and supportive

Cons

Since 2025, there is no room for growth. Applying for lateral roles rarely results in an interview as they are seemingly prioritizing external applications who would accept less salary. Heard of several layoffs on reddit in different departments and ISS has been going through their own staff reductions.
