Pros
I worked at ICON for about 3 years. The pros were I had an amazing manager who always advocated for me, co-workers were beyond helpful, great pto.
Cons
I was recently laid off this past March. The layoffs are highlighting already sore spots in the company. The workload can become pretty extensive with unrealistic goals and metrics to be met. The CRAs I worked with were always overworked. I was promised a promotion for about a year and a half, but was just continuously being stringed along. Again with the massive layoffs that have taken place over the last couple of months I know the above things are only greater.
