      In comparison to other companies, there really aren't any pros to working here.

      Cons

      Below-average salaries, crummy benefits, less PTO than what's offered by comparable employers, no bonuses or other perks. They'll expect you to do whatever it takes to keep projects on track (eg, work 60-70 hours/week for 3 months), but they won't provide anything in return (no bonuses, no extra time-off, no salary increases). They make no efforts in career advancement, cross-training, etc.

      Career development and support Leadership and managers are kind and listen to concerns (at least mine) Large range of job replacement options Good Salary and benefits such as 401 K matched Work life balance

      Cons

      It is a consulting company, so the contract itself will stop you from applying to permanent positions at the company you are assigned to, for the first year and a half usually. Sometimes more restrictions apply. They are very hands-on so you will have to report to them separately, having more supervision for your projects, this can get tedious. Very slow application for their "desktop" where you would submit time sheets, training, end of year reviews and various other tasks.
