Cons
Parking... a massively frustrating con. Parking spaces are giving only after like 5 years working there and by lottery. Career progression can be difficult if not impossible for some people and amazing for others. Sometimes it feel like it's pot luck. Ergonomic aren't great in places. Limited lap tops and phones, which can be a bit annoying at times (but that's not really a massive Con...)
