      Pros

      A very employee friendly organization in the current scenario. Good pay scales and appreciates ex-employee hiring. Good value for strong performers. Poor performers are always differentiated and shown their way out.. irrespective of their years in service. Good culture and values. Respects staffs and provides opportunities to grown within the organization. Strong leadership team and provides ample support for collaboration and growth.

      Pros

      - good social club - great gym on site - annual leave is good in comparison to other companies - working hours are flexible

      Cons

      - some people get away with doing very little while others pick up the slack - there is favouritism - progression is very slow, you need to leave to progress - difficult to see clear goals and ways of progressing - training is restricted - employees feel under valued
