      The benefits are good, 401K matching at 6%, 28 days PTO.

      Cons

      The new CEO is terrible. Everything is about the bottom line and so resourcing constraints make it impossible to get the job done. Miserable culture.

      Pros

      Benefits really are the only positive thing left at ICON. Work from home options (depending on which department you are working in).

      Cons

      Many of ICON Sr Management does not respect the people who have been at ICON for more then 8+ years and have built it to where it is today. Finances are more important then the quality of the support and staff. Lack of culture in a global organization leads to BULLIES and HARASSMENT to maintain control and power. Lack of Qualified Senior Management who are given positions they don’t deserve while other staff members have been with the organization and are more qualified get no promotions. Voice, what is that?? Unless you are a member of the elite your voice is just white noise.
