      Very well-organized and disciplined organization. Steady performers and no corporate identity crisis like some of their competitors.

      CEO is very heavy handed and doesn't always trust staff or leadership team.

      Excellent, smart, qualified people - all willing to help whenever needed. Competitive salaries and bonus.

      Cons

      Management team stuck in 2000's - antiquated views, short-sighted. They don't want to spend money needed to upgrade systems and processes.

      Pros

      I was working for an FSP under this company in New Jersey . it gave me the ability to learn a task and they have really good training . The ability to work under an operational manager and also a line manager was great because I was able to talk to both of them . Communication was great and it was a teamwork .

      Cons

      Unfortunately the contract had ended due to either Co bid or the FSP . Salary was rather low about $20,000 less . There was no real maternity leave . The health care benefits sort of bad. due to covid we had to take a salary reduction Which is rather annoying and the reason why I had left for other positions . We were forced to take PTO within a given period of time and while I understand this is a trying time I wish I was given more opportunities to succeed
