Pros
This is a fantastic place to develop and hone technical analyst and project management skills in a demanding, fast paced workplace. Very collaborative mid-level management with excellent line management capabilities. Ability to take on additional workload and responsibilities to expand and grow professionally.
Cons
Hours can be long but are (anecdotally) considerably better than other consultancies. Sometimes things just have to get done. Health economics department sits within an arm where senior management doesn't seem to understand consultancy, the demands that can be placed on employees, and appears to value profits over quality of work and clients which the department fights with constantly.
