Business Outlook
Pros
Above average compensation plus a few middle managers who truly know how to coach and teach. Average benefits and 401k. Available overtime for those who need it.
Cons
Each department and management team works in a vacuum. Almost to a point where they are working against each other. There is no cohesiveness or teamwork within the company. There is an overall negative culture and the employees get the feeling that the management team is just as unhappy in their jobs as they are. The company rarely promotes from within. Training is nonexistent yet management holds it employees to a standard of perfection. This creates an environment where employees feel like they are set up to fail.
