      Pros

      This is a good place to get your foot in the door if you want to break into pharma/project management.

      Cons

      This is not a good place to work if you are experienced and want to be treated and paid fairly. PMs do not stay here long.

      Work from home, flexible schedule, mature company

      Cons

      Poor management, low pay, excessive workload, pervasive culture of over-working employees while insisting that they don’t expect you to work long hours. Managers will tell you that they want you to take time off and not work long hours, but then penalize you for doing it. Overall it’s a soul-crushing job.
