      Minimum options and encouragement for sefldeveloping with a lot of stress to keep the non-billable hours for no-project training at minimum. Lots of metrics made to be reachead and just that, as the compensation is barely minimum when put in balance witht he effort to achive more than average. Contractual terms and employee work intergrity are not respected or you feel a constant push to do things that you can't refuse withouth jeopardising the safety of the job you have. Never clear communicated prospects of self development and promoting.
