      Management team given power to determine growth and decisions not equally balanced. Decisions made based on personal connections and not based on merit in many instances. work life balance needs improvement.

      *work from home *4 weeks PTO

      *micromanagement *unreasonable expectations *low pay *you'll be undervalued and disrespected *you'll be made to feel guilty about taking PTO *you'll be worked to the bone I have worked for several companies in my 11 years of experience, and this is by far the most unhappy place I have ever worked in. I have come to learn that the bigger the company is, the more likely you are just a number. Your work will NOT be appreciated.
