      Pros

      Flexible hours and good pay. Benefits are pretty standard.

      Cons

      Systems and processes are setting teams up for failure. ICON is its own greatest barrier to providing quality services. They try to foster a culture around kindness and being honest but so far most people I’ve come in contact with have been rude, resistant to provide guidance/help and flat out condescending.

      With my experience there is none unfortunately

      Cons

      This company practices extreme discrimination against a certain group/race, if you know what I mean. HR uses the motto of “guilty until proven innocent “ with said group of people. It’s so sad having to watch this happen and HR disregarding the situation and later putting more effort into pushing these group of people out.
