      Pros

      Managers are generally nice. Solid entry point into Pharma Finance. Good exposure to different types of work.

      Cons

      Pay does not make sense in Dublin. Endless outsourcing to India with a drop in quality of work. Just look at the stock price. Company is losing clients and it does not look like a turnaround is in the cards. Merger between LPRA and ICON has been a disaster. It has left two companies weaker than either one was separate.

      Pros

      I will probably not want to leave ICON due to their excellent vacation and benefits package. They seem to provide more vacation days then usual companies and there benefits package is hard to compete with.

      Cons

      They don’t give proper year to year raises. So far I have only got 0.5% raise per year which is very insignificant to match with the economy inflation.
