Decent salary and benefit package, intelligent people around, interesting job with lot of communication, continuous learning opportunities, some flexibility on working time

Due to workload your working and personal life is out of balance. For management it is more important to reach goals (figures count more). Your input can be left unnoticed and unvalued.
