Working at Iconma for over 10 years has been an extremely positive & rewarding experience. Throughout my tenure, I have really appreciated the team collaboration & open communication. They truly care about their employees - I feel supported when things come up in my personal life.

Cons

Workload can fluctuate, but the team is open to jumping in to assist or to shuffle tasks around to help alleviate if someone has an influx.

Pros

During my tenure I've experienced growth opportunities, flexibility, work / life balance, my ideas are taken into consideration, support from management has been outstanding. Overall, I feel very supported in my role. Being able to see the ins and outs of operations has been a positive in my own career growth and I look forward to the continuation of learning with ICONMA.

Cons
