Pros

Great Employees, benefits, locations, and balanced atmosphere. Communication and morale is stellar with Subject Matter Experts throughout each area of expertise. Leadership is well versed on the mission and their people. So many opportunities for growth. Cohesiveness and collaboration is beyond expectations, which provides the employees with a positive attitude or the work life balance. Great salary options with bonuses based on ICR's growth. Employee owned company which adds to the invested stock annually.

Cons

Multiple agency accreditation, but subject to authorization of one specific agency which makes or breaks your career with ICR. Not enough space for company growth which hinders project and program growth.
