Great company that cares about it's employees

Pros

The head leadership of the company does everything it can to put as much money as possible into the hands of it's employee's. They truly care about the people working for them and will do everything they can to give everyone meaningful and lucrative work.

Cons

The company is pretty flat which does have it's benefits but can be hard to set up goals and measure growth within the company.

Pros

Really interesting work. They usually get you started right away so it’s a bit face paced if you’re into that. Lots of smart people to work and learn from. Super fun work culture

Cons

It’s still kind of a start up so office space fills up fast and limited to a few projects.
