      Good knowledge of some industries

      Lots of them to list - No vision of the company - Analysts are treated as slaves - No compensatory offs if you work on Saturdays and Sundays - Have to slog most of the days - No work life balance of late - No use of HR in the company - Low pay - Some top level executives micro manage including how much time you have your lunch in cafeteria - No culture across locations

      Very few remaining managers and senior analysts who help out when required

      Cons

      Everything ! No support for new employees from managers - no proper training, very high expectations No work life balance - expected to work on weekends Poor retention & Toxic work culture - So many new joinees leaving within 2-3 months. I am sure there are many fake 5 star reviews here just to get up its rating. can't believe anybody saying
