Pros

The company was very personable and provided a generous celebration party at the start of the contract with directors and other management staff paying for everything. The provided a high-quality, company-branded shirt and winter jacket/wind-breaker.

Cons

The company initially slashed my base pay by $10,000, but offered to pay that back as a bonus at the end of the year. The company dropped the contract with VERY little notice to the employees before the first year of the contract was completed.

Pros

Low key, most of the people are easy to get along with.

Cons

Poor management. Afraid of taking chances. Benefits aren't great, bonuses are awarded monthly based on how billable you've been throughout the calendar (read carefully, calendar) month. If you are billable 85% of the *calendar* month, you get an extra cash bonus. However, that actually rarely happens, unless you happen to be in a long term contract.
