Friends and Family company. Full of internal politics, if you are not Tamil background then the treatment will be worst. HR management is worst. There is no proper hiring team everything decided by the Manager. The company name says R&D but it is basically an outsourcing company. people from US order people from Chennai will execute. Moral support and skillset development was only available in words.
