Cons

No new learning they still works on low versions. Challenges were not given to all employees. Every team will have a managers pet, only he will get all benefits. Worst management, they should learn how to give opportunities to employees

The current leader in Chennai is unprofessional, bureaucratic, and unethical. We never see any improvement in engineering in the past 6years it really went worse. More complications created in the last 6 years because of this leadership change. Talented professionals left the company because of the bureaucracy created. The current leader is more interested to create his own empire on the site which was very well supported by the US team. Because US team wanted this to be operated like this. It's more towards operational, it cannot be called a product-based organization.
