      Good pay and benefits. Flexible schedules. Good products that actually makes a difference in people's lives.

      Cons

      a lot of change. few career opportunities. Management is a mess and plays favourites. All the good people are leaving or have left. the hard workers get no recognition.

      None. It's all a facade. They will sell you a growth opportunity on the interview, it's a lie. The salaries are cheap, the management is selfish, and no one knows anything. All the legacy hospira people are holding the company together.

      Cons

      Everything. If I could leave a zero I would. The infrastructure is a mess. Management is a mess and plays favorites. Ethically and morally, this place is a mess. All the good people are leaving or have left. Do not join this company. The hr department treats everyone horribly and is cheap. They do not value the people. Only the money and reputation. Quick to throw anyone under the bus. the hard workers get NO recognition.
